From job sites to offices, ensuring the well-being of our team, partners, and communities is at the heart of our work. Our commitment to safety is uncompromising, and we implement rigorous standards and best practices on every project to ensure that everyone goes home safe.
Training and Beyond
Our team members receive comprehensive, hands-on and classroom training to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to prioritize safety. Every member is equipped with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, reflective hi-vis clothing, and safety footwear. Our project leaders are trained in OSHA 30, Emergency Response, Competent Person, and Field Leadership courses, while all field personnel complete OSHA 10 training within their first year. Additional leadership training is provided to develop Safety Champions who continuously promote and enhance our safety culture.
